Messenger Service
Online voice communication between any two members of this network.
The Communication Server supports text and
voice chatting between the users i.e. any IPS Officer and
PTCs. As and when desired any IPS officer can talk to another IPS
officer who is connected to the messenger server at that point of
time. Video Chatting is also possible using this communication
server provided both the users have required bandwidth.
